Required education: Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. from an accredited institution AND:
- 24 months experience as a pharmacist and 12 months as a nuclear pharmacist
Certifications/ Licenses: Must be a licensed pharmacist by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy and be NRC certified.
Skills:

- Basic math skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
