Qualifications:
Required Education: High school diploma or GED required, AND:
- 12 months of experience in a customer service role
- (Will accept a combination of experience and training in a customer service role)
Physical Requirements:
- Standard medical front office environment and exposure, including keyboarding and answering. Up to 20% of this position will require mobility (moving from one room or building to another; etc.)
